- made  n_fill_raw_hist/n_fill_raw_hist_all  self-consistent

- added limit to ADC value enetred into same histograms, specified
  by parameter  nhist_maxadc  set in PARAM/ndet.param.01  and 
  COMMON'ed in  n_id_histid.cmn

- updated electronics map

- fixed omission in previous change to nDet Ntuple (n_cwn.cmn)

- change histogram definitions in  HIST/hist.NDET_anal1

- fixed  PARAM/ndet.geom.01

- updated  kumac/gen/ndet.kumac

- removed redundant output from  n_dump_peds.f
