keyword=organized run list from last nite's luminosity scan on Carbon

The purpose of our 3rd and final luminosity scan on Carbon was to significantly improve the statistics for an HMS tracking-based analysis, acquire for the first time in FpiII enough SOS electron data to permit an SOS tracking-based analysis, and check yield versus computer deadtime in a controlled manner. All runs have 1 million events, consisting roughly of 1/3 million HMS e-, 1/3 million SOS e', and 1/3 million SOS pi-. (Each corresponds to about 0.18% statistics before track-finding and cuts.) Beam stability was excellent.
