Riad tells me that coil modulation has been off since Friday evening (run
31314 should have had coil modulation but did not).
It seems like the problem is that the medm screen that we look at on the
target computer is pointing to the wrong epics variable - this what we
look at for the shift checklist. We will ask someone to update that screen.
