Abstract:

Goal is to collect whatever we have starting with the short NIM article. The bad news is that the HMS DC's were built a long time ago and never upgraded, and the Hall C output of technical notes in those days was paltry. Our best bet may be converting old drawing files to .pdf, and picking thru old theses (starting with Gabi's?)
