• Is experiment specific hazard awareness training given to all personnel working on the detector?
• Is basic experiment operation training given to on-shift personnel (i.e. starting and stopping runs.)?
• Is there a document that describes the shift structure?
• Is there a description of the responsibilities of shift personnel (i.e. shift checklists and walk abouts)?
• Is there a procedure describing how to respond to (and reset) safety alarms?
• Is there a procedure describing how to respond to (and reset) equipment failure alarms?
• Is there a procedure describing how to respond to (and reset) data quality alarms?
