Control of Equipment and System Status

During the running of Hall C experiments, significant modifications, repairs, and/or changes to the operating status of equipment may only be done by the resident ``experts" or persons under their direct supervision. Note: significant changes to the operating status of equipment means changes beyond the nominal operating parameters of the subsystems. These ``experts" are primarily the JLab staff members or users who were principals in designing, building and testing the subsystems. More details, the current lists and procedures for adding to the list of experts individuals are available in the ESAD. This document expanded and tailored to the specific experiment should accompany the user generated ``Conduct of Operations Document (COO)." ``Operational Safety Procedures for Hall C"and the ``Safety Assessment Document for Hall C Base Equipment" are the core operations documents for Hall C equipment.
