Dear Xiaochao, I have results for the raster off simulation of the transversity glass cell. The beam current was assumed to be 15 uA, the beam diameter was assumed to be 400 microns, the helium cooling jets flow was assumed to be 10 liters/min, the electron beam power deposited in the glass windows was taken to be 1.1 W/window and the glass thickness in beam was assumed to be 120 microns. The maximum temperature in glass I get to be 1339.3 K or 1066 Celsius. If the beam raster area would be smaller than 400 microns this would be even higher. I put off the cooling simulations for the 12 GeV cell to get these results, but I'm getting back to them now, Kind Regards, Silviu
