2. Elastic e+p offset determinations - FINAL:
Since the HMS isn't saturating as badly as the SOS, a good starting point is to determine the HMS offsets in single arm data, then apply these offsets to coincidence studies where the SOS offsets can be determined. (Apparently the nominal beam energies are good enough.) In all cases below, the effects of radiation, vertical beam position, and the W vs xpfp correlation in the HMS have been taken into account.
i. Single arm HMS (Tanja Horn)
Results for W during Fpi II using new offsets  FpiII results for W
Relative to the nominal offsets, the new FpiII offsets yield a significant improvement in the Spring03 results for W:  Spring03 results for W
The new FpiII offsets also work nicely for the 1999 dataset after the beam energy is adjusted consistent with newer mapping data:   1999 results for W
