    I have modified the VGL Regge model code according to J.M. Laget's instructions, to insert a new option in which the pion and rho form factors have a t-dependence given by the saturated Regge trajectory, as described in PRD 70(2004)054023. You can still access the original VGL calculation by appropriate menu selection. The original (unmodified) code is also available in a parallel directory.

    The attached plots compare the old and new calculations to our preliminary high -t (e,e'pi+) data. At large -t, there is a difference between J.M. Laget's fortran-based code and the VGL c-based code which is not yet understood. These differences persist for both the original code as well as for the modified version, but only for -t>1 GeV^2. JML will try to understand the source of this descrepancy, but in the meantime we are free to use the modified code in the -t<1 GeV^2 region, where the codes agree.
