     		Beam energies for the Fpi experiment

    	The first four energies were previously summarized in hc2125. Apparently I 
    never generated another energy measurement summary for the hclog although I did document 
    each measurement there. December 97 was pretty tough with a skeleton crew. 
    
    	Clarification: We are going to use the Arc preliminary (ie, hclog-based) energy
    values for replay. (We actually measure momentum, but E=p to a very good approximation.)
    This is our best estimate for the beam energy BEFORE the target. The center of target
    energies must be calculated in the analyzer. Some of the wrong energies were used for
    replay_1. Close but not the same. The values in column 2 need to go into the replay_2 
    kinematics file. They also need to go into any run lists that Kelley generates.
