keyword=HMS ytarget mispointingBy the tilt of the line for the central row of yptar holes in the focal plane, the two figures below indicate that during the ytar scan for the z=0 12C target the position of said target and the pointing of HMS towards it was misaligned by some small amount. It is ambiguous whether this misalignment is to be attributed to an offset in ztarget or to a (known) mispointing of HMS.
The first figure includes all holes in the sieve slit, the second one only the central row in y'.
