This entry is a followup to: 254
keyword=HMS-100 COSY m.e. weaknessFig. 1 shows which part of the focal plane phase space is affected by the problem in the missing mass reconstruction I reported earlier. It is the extreme positive hsxfp edge in the hsxfp vs hsxpfp distribution (top right 2D-plot, the top left plot showing the entire distribution for comparison). The affected area is small and well defined.
It also coincides with extreme positive hsxptar (not shown).
No correlation with HMS Y (fp or tar) variables, or with any SOS fp variables (just a slight correlation with xfp, carried over by the delta correlation with HMS).
