    We changed the target C to CH2 for calibration and then
    returned to the C target.

    When we use CH2 target, electron count rate is lower than C target.
    But, "hot spot" noise count rate don't go down so faster.
    So, we can see noise spot peak easily on plane 4, 8(see run 31561).

    2nd diagram shows the effect of changing threshold.
    We can see the effect slightly, but I think we can see
    this change is more effective when we change to CH2 target again.
