My understanding from MCC is that the Hall C BCM has a readback problem, in that it reads double the actually delivered value. This will limit the maximum delivered beam to the hall until it is fixed. However, according to the runplan, we are not expecting to need more than 20uA of beam for the next ~24 hours, and MCC thinks that they will be able to deliver that quantity. They think the problem will be fixed by the time we need 40uA.
