keyword=Timing tests for the Fr./NA electronics.
The total delay from the patch panel to the BNC output of the French splitter is
37.9 ns for the front signals and 20.8 ns for the back signals.
The NA cables have delays of:
7-14-BR: 16.7 ns
7-14-FR: 22.6 ns
7-15-BL: 18.1 ns
7-15-FR: 23.9 ns
So, to se the timing correctly at the input of the NA splitter, we should use the
existing NA cables to go between the Fr. splitter and the NA splitter, but we
need to switch the Front and Back NA cables, and add 5 ns to the cables used
for the Back.

Actually, we could just use an extra delay of 4 ns to the back detectors, and that
should still be fine, acording to Brian Quinn, when I asked him just now.
