MCC did a harp scan for us after the run 51531. All the beam spot sizes
are greater than 0.1mm.
x1=0.1383 +- 0.0084
y1=0.1876 +- 0.0081
x2=0.1387 +- 0.0075
See elog #1243869 for detail. Because we were not entirely sure if
the Copper target melts with raster off and 5uA beam, we switched to the
carbon optics target before the harp scan just in case.
After the harp scan, we switched back to the Copper target and resumed
data taking with raster on.
