Chen looked at the raster signal on the scope and it is ok. Since we
haven't seen a problem with the raster in the data since those two runs
yesterday, I guess we can assume it comes from the kinematics. Though it
would be surprising that certain targets at a certain angle would show a
sensitivity to raster position.
