The new BMO1 power supply is not wired to the alarm for BMO1, the old one
still is, so the alarm is always "on". The switch in the counting house
is turned off, so the shiftworkers should occasionally update the SOS
magnet controls screen to make sure the magnets are still on and at the
correct field.
