Setup a simple tcl script to monitor the HMS dipole current.
The script check_hms_dipole.tcl in daq04/tcl .
Run script on g0zero target computer . Login into cdaql3 and
cd to daq04/tcl . Type wish -f check_hms_dipole.tcl .
When window pops up click on the button " Click to check dipole"
button. The screen starts check reading the HMS dipole current. When it
goes below 1070 it beeps and turns red.
