In the WC analysis, the TDC cut is used to calcurate NPE, but the time
window is set to too wide (-100 - 9000ch) in the WC paramter file not
to reject any hits by TDC cut.
On the other hand, the AC time window is set to tight in the AC paramter
file to aboid the overkill.
