The high power heater power appears to be creeping up over time without
beam on target. Coupled with the artificial boost in total power due to
the uncompensated beam power we are regularly topping 525 W in total
power. Have increased the Hi Hi limit from 525 to 535 and the Hi limit
from 520 to 530 to reduce spurious alarms.
