MCC has had to fight to deliver beam since about 11 am. Beam trips have
become more and more common, finally reaching the level of a mega-trip-
fest. They've stopped trying to deliver beam to hall A so they could
concentrate on Hall C. They are seeing phase shifts in the capture
section of the injector (sounds familiar). They've called in an expert
and are continuing to try to deliver beam.
