The Moller is again tuned at 687 MeV with the solenoid at 3 T (see
attached tune plot). The quad currents are:

Q1 = 91.151 A
Q2 = 85.35 A

Note that we had to set the beam position to (x,y) = (-0.5 mm, -1 mm) at
3C17A (see figure below).
