As Darko noted, runs after 31401 seem invisible to goat++. No later run
numbers come up in the temporary table generated by loading the condition
file and pressing the "Get Runs" button. We have been able to update the
Good-For table through run 31415 and it's visible and complete on
computers other than just cdaql3. I don't see any obvious differences
between runs 31401 and 32402. Could there be a hidden problem in the
database? Or in the goat programs? (In a quick search I didn't find
anything in the goat programs, but I also was not thorough.)
