This entry is a followup to: 124631

 
I analysed the run 31316 with the latest version in the analyser with the the new cut -5 to 5, it doesn't
work at all. look at the Asym plot in Figure 1 and compare to what we
got on log entry: 124612 
 
Therefore, I put back the cuts to the initial values: -100 and 100
For now, log entry 124612 is accurate, and one should just trace back the lowest number of events 
one can throw to get rid of the tails in the asymmetries. John Schaub is going to work on that.
