keyword=Target: Switched to H2 ballast tank. Started LH2 cooldown.
Followed procedure for switching from D2 to H2 while the target is cold
(procedure R). Have left MV12 open. Have not yet started the loop fan. At
end of this procedure, only had 16 psig on PT3- want 20. So we emptied
the new mini-bottle Mike had brought down this morning, and now we have
19 psig.
Started formal LH2 cooldown procedure at 12:45. Should be done between 5
and 6 PM or so if everything goes smoothly.
