The collimator controls froze up due, presumably, to a typo at the command line. Made an access to reset the box, but still couldn't connect up here. Looked at the howto troubleshooting page, which told us to enter "\B" to wake it up again and it worked! Yea HOWTO! asked for beam, and ready to start running again.
