Modified the HMS tracking efficiency code so that it takes any hms or coin. trigger as a candidate event (removing all of the cuts that relied on detectors that are no longer there). Tested it out on run 65998, and it gives a sensible tracking efficiency (95%, under clean conditions - only coincidence triggers for this run.
The 'useful' value is the "SING FID TRACK EFFIC" from scalers/hms.txt report file. It could be improved of course, and there's a version that looks at only coincidence triggers that doesn't work the way it should quite yet - I'll see what I can do.
