Backing out of Moller.
1. BCM2 back to gain setting 2. 2. Solenoid ramping to zero. 3. Moller target OUT 4. Moller collimators retracted. 5. Moller HV off.
At this point - not clear if we will keep going with combined optics due to Moller quad issues.
