At 3:50 when the beam tripped and MCC was correcting the beam position,
there was, first, a yellow alarm about the temperature fluctuation, then
after 5-6 sec, when the alarm was acknowledged, suddenly a red alarm
came. I looked: the heater power was 0.0 and stayed there for a few
seconds. There was a temperature fluctuation to maybe 19.45 K, but lasted
for a second or two. After some times (maybe 10 sec) the heater started
moving up and everything returned to normal.
