keyword=BigCal dropped by factor 2 - no sums on lower half
We noticed that the trigger rate had dropped during run 69452. The replay for this run looked ok.
After checking the BigCal scaler display (see below) we noticed that the BigCal and coin rates had dropped by a factor of 2. The sum signals on the LHS of the display were missing for the lower half of the calorimeter.
