In consultation with Mark - decided to abandon the Moller cooldown. In
trying to make the transition to cold return, I kept knocking the target
offline.
One option, if we want to make a one-time measurment, would be to cool
down and leave on warm return (this has a lot less impact on the hall
flow) for the ~ few hours needed for the measurement and then warm up again.
