The interlock that interrupted gas flow last week appears to have been
caused by welding in hall --> tripped VESDA --> tripped clean power.
Note that the indicator on the gas interlock panel is labeled "HMS Temp.
or VESDA". This label should be checked and possibly changed so that it
accurately indicates what the interlock is directly connected to.
