Found ADC cables for cer 4 and 5 swapped coming out of amplifier.
So after fixing the swapped cable between 5 and 6 going to
the linear FI/FO. Now we get consistent result that Cer 5
is not working. Unfortunately with the COO and ESAD we can't
access the Cerenkov platform without ramping down the magnet.
So we will live with no signal for now.
