We observed some double pulsing on the HKS_i .OR. COuld get rid of all of
them except for HKS5. Measured the voltages on the NIM power supply; -6
Volt measures 4.8 Volt. When removing all NIM modules in the crate, it
measures 0.2 Volt !?! We should replace that crate.
