keyword=EDC1 broken wire was removed and it looks OK now.
Kawama and I went down to Hall and pin down which wire was broken with
Ohm meter. It was fortunately near to the edge (high momentum side).
In the 3rd super layer (xx' uu' x*x'* vv' xx'), x' (20th line
of cathodes), wire #3 (Fig1).
We have removed the wire and gas-sealed with the feedthrough and SINETSU
silicon. After the treatment, 2.2kV HV can be supplied without problem.
