We took the attached screen shots which show what happened when the LH2 fan failed and refused to restart. This occurred shortly after 10 pm. Silviu advised us to take an access to the hall and coached us to open the 4K bypass JT valve to 15% and to cycle the target fan breaker behind the target motion rack. He is in the hall now assessing the situation. The target is warming up.
Pump is dead.
