with guidance from Greg, the target was moved to the US 6X6 Square from the expert Target motion GUI.
When we selected the above target in the target-GUI, the target didn't move to the correct position according to the resistive pot settings available and the tv-view of the same.
So we moved it to the correct resistive pot value for horizontal motion to 3.91 (right now the screen shows Xpot=4.10) and the corresponding encoder position (shown as "actual position") is -44300.
