IPM3H09B reads an unphysical value at high and low current with Hall C laser phase adjusted. With laser phase off peak one sees a lower absolute value for 3H09B.XRAW at low current than at 300+ nA. http://opsweb.acc.jlab.org/CSUEApps/elog02/elog_item.php?elog_id=1551685
I suggest we set IPM3H09B.XSOF back to -4 at Qweak's convenience.
Tony Delacruz believes that the ground strap on 3H09 girder was removed. He grounded IHA3H09 harp independently of the girder. Could lack of a low resistance ground be causing some of the behavior issues of IPM3H09B? But why would it occur only in the horizontal?
