Using 3 different Qweak analysis tools (currently available on the cdaql1), I plotted FFT spectrum of qwk_md1neg.hw_sum for the first100k events of run#7523 (see attached plots).
- Figure 1 was generated by QwGUI
- Figure 2 was generated by $QWANALYSIS/Extension/Macros/Parity/FFT.C
- Figure 3 was generated by FFTseries.cc
These three plots are not consistent with each other, from amplitudes to frequency spikes. Confusing...which one should I use?
