If Qtor trips, please be as specific as possible about the actions required to bring it back on line, including noting specifically that a hall access was not required if that is the case. Please note whether the supply was reset from the MEDM screen or if the "QTorReset" on the rebootpanel was required.
Also not if any interlock statements showed up on the GUI.
As best as I can tell from the EPICS log, no interlock indications came on for the most recent trip.
