The BCM1 LO was obviously off for a few seconds. I want to see
1) if the BCM1,2 DD resolution changes
2) if the BCM2 downconverter frequency changed because of the power cycle The two downconverters and rms-to-dc crate are on the same power strip now.
Before this change, I looked at BCM2 signals with a spectrum analyzer while beam was on. Need to think about those observations over dinner.
