I started the Moller cooldown and once the 4k inlet temperature reached 20K or, there were HUGE oscillations on the 4K flow. This was with only the warm return open, no cold return, etc.
Right now, the Moller supply is cracked at 2% - I think this requires some investigation in the hall.
