First two points are the same from the previous plot (runs from 26-jan owl). The second two slug points were added from the runs taken 27-Jan-2011 OWL. I separated runs 9463-9466 in a separate "slug" even though they are the same IHWP setting, I can update that later. Also on the plot are the total for IHWP IN and IHWP OUT and then the sum of all the runs.
There still seems to be some confusion on the sign, but since the Moeller measurement recently measured a negative polarization with the half wave plate in, I give the HWP IN runs a multiplicative factor of -1. This leads to a positive asymmetry - but we supposedly measure the same sign as the LH2 asymmetry, which should be negative. The elastic e-Al asymmetry from simulation is ~+2 ppm, with contributions from quasi-elastic being negative and of unknown size. We need to think about this more, so for now just ignore the sign.
Raw-not-corrected-for-anything-yet-asymmetry: 1.2 ppm +/- 0.35 ppm.
