Katherine, Han et al. have come up with a stripped-down configuration for qwparity that can almost keep up with data taking. We'll use that tonight to find the neutral axis again.
Katherine has briefed Jean-Francois and will brief Amrendra if necessary at midnight. Because I like permanent things I am posting her handwritten instructions here.
Note that: running the qwparity and slope check does not need to be repeated continuously once we have established a new best axis ... it's sufficient to monitor the first100k files to make certain that the sensitivities haven't become bad again.
