keyword=wrapper to avoid multiple beam modulation GUIs
As discussed at today's RC meeting, I made a wrapper to start exactly one beam modulation GUI. From any cdaq terminal, type "bmod_safe". If this is desired please propagate instructions into various wikis and howtos.
