Starting with run 11545 (after beam came back from the RF instability problem), the RMS of the position diff in X increased by ~50% (for example - target dX went from ~12 nm RMS to 18 nm RMS). Y was unchanged. Don't think it's anything to lose sleep over, but wanted to make a note of it.
