We may want to move the Happex timing board to another ioc. I reboot vmec8 regularly - even when not running Moller, the scaler server is handy for checking that the bcms are behaving ok - this server gets in a goofy state not infrequently, and the ioc needs to be rebooted. Paul tells me the reboot might cause a glitch in the output of timing board.
The HV ioc in the top of the rack might be a better candidate.
