I reconnected the final four ribbon cables (and their associated ground lugs), so all are connected now:

51 K (U'L)
65K (X'L)
50K (UL0
59K (XL)

As usual, I ran it at F=C=2200 V and threshold = 4.0 V. It was much more prone to oscillation. It wasn't nearly as bad as it was earlier (when I had everything connected and couldn't get below 22 V threshold). To try to get running tonight, I knocked the threshold up to 5.0 V. Then I saw no oscillations for about 5 minutes.
