keyword=Low current ("50 pA") setup and superharp scans
We had them establish low current beam by following our standard procedure:
* Turn off all energy/orbit/FFB locks with beam still on
* Snapshot the beam positions to confirm they are correct
* Then lower the beam current, they set
Laser attenuator = 71
Slit position = 18.00
in order to achieve ~ 50 pA.
The superharp scans (with target out) for IHA3H09A (first figure) and IHA3H07B (second figure) are attached.
